1. Shipping Coverage
We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders unless otherwise specified.
International Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated based on the product and destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
2. Product Availability
All sarees and products displayed on our website are either:
Available in our warehouse and ready for dispatch, or
Part of our ongoing in-house weaving and manufacturing collection.
As manufacturers and weavers, we continuously produce our exclusive designs. Certain sarees may be offered for sale while they are in the final stages of weaving, embroidery, finishing, or quality inspection. This enables us to provide customers with our latest collections directly from our production unit.
3. Processing & Dispatch Time
Ready-to-Dispatch Products
Orders containing ready-stock items are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
Made-to-Order / Under-Production Products
Certain handcrafted sarees may require additional time for weaving, finishing, embroidery, stitching, or quality checks.
For such products, the estimated dispatch timeline will be communicated during order confirmation or by our customer support team.
4. Quality Assurance
Every saree undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch.
We strive to ensure that the product received matches the images and description displayed on our website as closely as possible.
Minor variations in color, weave, texture, zari work, embroidery, or handcrafted details may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and the handmade nature of certain products.
5. Delivery Timelines
Within India
Dispatch: 2–4 Working Days (Ready Stock)
Delivery after Dispatch: 4–7 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 Business Days
International Orders
Dispatch: 2–4 Working Days (Ready Stock)
Delivery after Dispatch: 8–15 Business Days
Customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delays beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
