Refund policy
Please be advised that due to the handwoven nature of some of our items under label ZAIRA PREMIUM, we typically have a limited quantity of each type available. Also, we have wide variety of banarasi soft silk sarees. Additionally, as our weaves are delicate, each garment requires careful handling. Therefore, we can only offer exchanges in case of defective items. Please note that we do not accept returns of products.
To raise your concern, you can contact us at hmrsarees@gmail.com. You should have the parcel opening video with our product tag entacted, to claim exchange.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds
We do not refund amount on any of the products. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
